Who we are

This website is operated by Virtual Worship Solutions, Inc. (“VWS”, “we”, “us”). This notice covers this website only. Our products have their own terms and policies:

• Divinity is covered by the Divinity privacy policy.
• GRACE demonstrations use the fictional Faithful church and sample data. You do not need to enter personal information to explore them. A live GRACE pilot is governed by the agreement with the participating organization.

Information collected when you visit

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type and time of request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Web analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies. Visits are counted using a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, and we see aggregated figures such as page views, referring sites, country and device type, not individual profiles.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

Information you choose to send us

If you email us or book a meeting, we use your name, contact details and message to respond, arrange the conversation and follow up about it. Meetings are scheduled through Calendly, whose privacy policy applies to information you enter there.

Links to other services

This site links to services operated by others, including our demonstration sites, the App Store, Google Play, Calendly, D-ID (our AI representative) and Adobe Acrobat Sign (forms). Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to you, when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to this notice.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email info@virtualworshipsolutions.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for adults and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
